STABLE14-windows-release-notes-20050925

Add new OAFW Release Notes developed in WinWord 2003.  Replaces the
afs-install-notes.txt, msi-deployment.txt and registry.txt files.

This delta was composed from multiple commits as part of the CVS->Git migration.
The checkin message with each commit was inconsistent.
