afs: FreeDCache test afs_blocksDiscarded

afs: FreeDCache test afs_blocksDiscarded

For consistency with afs_FlushDCache and afs_DiscardDCache
include afs_blocksDiscarded in the free space test.  When afs_FreeDCache
is called it should be zero.
