Remove AFSLore from wiki URLs

Remove AFSLore from wiki URLs

The URL of the openafs wiki doesn't contain "AFSLore" anymore. Although
these old URLs still work, replace them to point users to the correct
address in the first place. Also be consistent and always use a
trailing /.
