Fixes this warning (error with --enable-checking) from GCC 6.2:

     if (tokp->kind != TOK_RPAREN)
     ^~
rpc_parse.c:863:2: note: ...this statement, but the latter is misleadingly indented as if it is guarded by the ‘if’
