SOLARIS: Check for map_addr() without 'vacalign'

SOLARIS: Check for map_addr() without 'vacalign'

Add a configure check to see if the map_addr() function contains the
'vacalign' argument or not. The argument was removed sometime around
Solaris 11.4.
