DAFS: Log more for VPreAttachVolumeByVp odd states

DAFS: Log more for VPreAttachVolumeByVp odd states

When we encounter "odd" states in VPreAttachVolumeByVp_r, say what the
actual state we encountered was, along with the attach flags, so we
have a better idea of what's going on.
