Don't install compile_et into its own directory

Don't install compile_et into its own directory

When pinstall sees that the basenames of its two arguments differ,
it assumes that its installing into a path, and creates the missing
directory. This meant that we got /usr/bin/afs_compile_et/compile_et
which wasn't the desired result.
