*   Remove legacy key
*   Add rebound key (hopefully without SHA-1)

Remove trust packets from generated keyrings

See Debian's f2f98681acd119a7c0cf33ea7398752c6f36aafb - they might make
it unreproducible as they may change between GnuPG versions.

Get rid of team-members/ and signature verification

Consistent with upstream Debian, who accurately note:

The whole signing-the-indexes-and-checking-sigs thing does nothing for
us except create pain on signature expiries. Strip it out.
