Remove Debian version test from prerm/postinst

It only tells us the state at the time of install, which isn't helpful
if you subsequently upgrade it.

Add postinst and prerm to dpkg-divert unbound_munin_

This plugin is shipped in unbound in stretch, which causes a bunch of
issues.

Eventually, we should remove the plugin (and the divert) from here.

Fix duplicate cache write hits (hits -> misses)

lvmcache_ - change graph types to gauge rather than derive

Turns out we don't want derive after all.
